Secondly, Binance, one of the world's most popular cryptocurrency exchanges, has expanded to Jersey, which many believe is a direct response to recent political events in the UK. Lastly, a former chief of France's central bank has joined the startup board of SETL, a blockchain company that wants to make trading more efficient than ever.
